Philippe is born in Port-au-Prince on January 1954, he finished high school and he started painting in 1970 at "Academie des Beaux Arts". From 1972 to 1974, Philippe Claude was at "Foyer des Arts Plastiques". After 1974, he worked alone. He lives now in PétionVille.
His works have been exhibited in the United States and France.
