SEMERAND Galland (landscape painter)
Semerand was born in Cap haitien in 1953. He studies architecture from 1976 to 1979 and joined the Academie des Beaux Arts for one year when he realises that painting was his real vocation. He has a elegant style close to Watteau and the Flemish school.
